Technical properties

The vertical or horizontal version of the FILL FAST 500 machine is the most universal dosing machine in the range. Despite its compact construction, it can be programmed to even achieve a stroke volume of 1,000 ml. Its modern design gives it a very favourable price-quality ratio. All products that can be pumped, be they liquids, pastas or mixtures with solid pieces, can be dosed undamaged, the piece sizes can be between 15mm and 20mm and there is a standard suitability for hotfill applications of up to 95°.

The single-head model only takes up a surface area of 0.3m². Even the multi-head model can be dismantled in a jiffy so that it can be thoroughly cleaned without using any special tools.
